Ingredients
Wings
- 3 lbs chicken wings and drumsticks
- Salt & pepper
- Vegetable oil for the grill
Sauce
- 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Pepper Sauce
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- A splash of Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic powder
Directions
Heat your grill to medium. Pour a little vegetable oil on a paper towel and use tongs to wipe grill grates to prevent wings from sticking. Season wings with salt and pepper and place them on the grill. Be sure to turn them frequently to prevent burning. Grill them until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and then combine all ingredients. If you like your wings with a little garlic, add a few shakes of garlic powder. Toss your hot wings in your hot sauce and enjoy with sides of celery and blue cheese dressing.
