I shopped around with a few contractors about my outdoor kitchen and the prices were outrageous. Then I decided to visit Paradise Grills. What a difference in price quality you could tell these products are way higher quality than anything the contractor could have built for me for the price. I have a new home build that is already pre-plumbed for a summer kitchen. I'm ready to have one installed and had a couple of quotes for a customer buildout. Before deciding which quote to go with, I stopped by Paradise Grills to see what their kitchens were all about. I was immediately impressed with the store and the many options available. The salesperson Bryan Rodriguez asked all the right questions and showed me a kitchen and bar system that was comparable with the quotes I received and had some built in options (LED lighting & Stereo system) that I had not considered with the custom builder. I went home to bring the boss (my wife) back to to compare apples to apples. Bryan was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating with us. He had other customers at the time but continued to check on us to make sure he was answering our questions. The product and great customer service we received made us feel great about our purchase. Thank you Bryan! we can't wait to start using our new outdoor kitchen system.

We stopped into the new store back in December to check them out and see what products they had to offer. Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no sales pressure. We left thinking we would likely purchase in 2021. We ended up calling the store back in just 2 weeks to make sure we could speak with Phil again. Lovely showroom. Husband and I stopped in thinking it was a new restaurant. It actually is a very beautiful grill store. My husband and I are not in the market for a grill because we live in a condominium and they do not allow grills unfortunately, but if we were. We definitely would buy one of there beautiful set ups.

We stopped at Paradise Grills in Pomano just to see what they had. Dennis explained the weighty fully-welded steel frame, the superior grade of stainless steel Paradise manufactures with, the paintable stucco finish and the lifetime warranty for the majority of the grill. We were particularly impressed with the stainless steel rod grilling surface & clean-ability of the ceramic briquettes. Our previous “famous maker” professional built-in grill stainless steel grill grates were showing rust within the first six months! Dennis was completely knowledgeable about the quality of the grill & was a pleasure to do business with. We bought a refrigerator & dining grill “on the spot” & would highly recommend doing business here!

I have an older model Paradise Grill bar that came with the house I got. The thing is a BEAST of a Grill. I never had a grill like a Paradise Grill. I was always used to the cheapo $200 special at your Home Depot or Lowes. Those grills would last me a year if I was lucky before I had to buy a new one. The Paradise Grill I have with the house has to be over 5 years old and it still looks and works like it is brand new. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get a grill that will last them 20 plus years look into buying a Paradise.

We finally purchased a “real” grill! I say that because for the last 10 years my husband and I have gone through so many of the standard “‘throw away” grills that are super affordable but don’t last long at all. We debated trying to build our own outdoor kitchen, my husband is very handy! But our neighbors got an amazing out door kitchen set from Paradise grills so we decided to go “look.” Stephen was our sales associate and spent lots of time explaining all of the products in detail. We had already done some price comparing and decided it really wouldn’t have saved us much more money when you factor in the time to build your own outdoor space. Plus the materials at paradise grills are top notch! The set we chose came with built in speakers that we never considered and greatly influenced our decision! We still want to get our outdoor Sonos set but you can link all the speakers together! They said delivery time is approx 2-5 weeks. Will update about delivery process after! Overall experience has been wonderful and we definitely recommend their product.

Paradise Grills is absolutely one of the best places I have ever dealt with. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about the product and is very helpful understanding your needs for your house. The quality of the product is well made. It is worth the wait! On top of the great service from Sean we also had a fantastic experience with the installer, Robert Townsend. He went out of his way to explain the delivery process and actually came and met the delivery truck since we were out-of-town. He even worked in the dark to connect the grill. My husband and I are excited to cook a ribeye on our new outdoor kitchen grill!!!!

Didn’t judge myself nor my girlfriend at all and didn’t pressure us into purchasing although we were just going to look didn’t expect us to come out with a purchase that same day , but because of the patience and the information given to us we did .Would highly recommend everyone to go and ask for them , even told you how to maintain the item as well in depth . BEST OUTDOOR KITCHEN STORE IN MIAMI. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RIP OFF CONTRACTORS. I had a local contractor start to build my kitchen, gave him a deposit to start and he just disappeared. Never to be seen or heard from again. I came into paradise to see what they offered and I was happy to find out there was no contractors involved with the manufacturing of their product! I had the opportunity to meet my salesman, John Ripoll, at the St Petersburg boat show in January. I had absolutely no plans to make a purchase but as fate would have it, found a Tiki Hut with all the bells & whistles. I had been wanting to extend my outdoor living area, & this little gem seemed to check all the boxes. John made the entire purchase process fun & painless. He showed me all of the features & led me thru what to expect going forward. John further sent follow up emails containing specs that I needed for electrical connection & placement logistics. We came into Paradise grills today on their Grand Opening and Philip gave us the tour and showed the many options that are available. We sat down with Philip and after the great deal that they had going on we decided to purchase on the spot! Great availability, and awesome service! Looking forward to the final product! After a little hiccup on delivery (due to uncontrollable circumstances with new 2021 factory change over) I have received my final product and I am very pleased! I also wanted to add that throughout the entire process with the hiccup, Phillip stayed in contact along with the manager Cindy and they took extremely good care of us and also kept us posted on schedule.
