There are very few things you can’t cook on the grill and nachos are no exception! These easy cheesy nachos will quickly become a family favorite!
- 1 16 oz. can of refried beans
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup fresh corn or frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- Sour cream for serving
Use heavy-duty aluminum foil to make a tray for the nachos, folding the edges to keep it all together. Layer the chips on the foil and top with all ingredients except the avocados and green onions and place on Paradise grill on low-medium heat until cheese melts. Remove from grill and top with avocado and green onion and serve with salsa.
