A Mediterranean take on an American classic, these juicy burgers will have you craving more.
Burgers ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Coarse Kosher Salt
+ Brioche Roll or Kaiser Roll
Garlic mayo ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or diced fine
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 oz Mayonnaise
Directions
Mix oregano, cumin, black pepper, and ground chuck together. Form ground chuck into burger patties. Brush olive oil on both sides. Salt generously on both sides. Heat your Paradise Grill to 400 degrees. Set the burners to medium and cook the burgers, flipping every minute, until the internal temperature reaches doneness.
Mix Mayo, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar together. Toast the Roll. Spread garlic mayo generously on the bottom of your roll, place the cooked burger on top. Add your favorite condiments, the roll top, and enjoy!
